LongBar starting hidden on OS that doesn't support Aero

description

On Windows XP, when starting LongBar, it only appears on the systray. The user must right-click the icon and choose "shoe/hide" for LongBar to show. Error logs indicate that LongBar is trying to remove itself from Flip3D and failing due to dwmapi.dll not existing.

LongBar shouldn't try to remove itself from AeroPeek and Flip3D on OS that don't have Aero.
